In astrology, a red moon is often seen as a bad omen, typically leading to chaos and disruption & Kali Uchis embraces this on her third record, Red Moon in Venus.
Blending R&B and soft pop perfectly, she highlights the challenges of her relationships whilst collaborating with her lover Don Toliver, Summer Walker and others.
While commenting on the extremes of emotions, the record flows by and leaves a sense of calm amongst the storm.
